With over 30 years experience in Project and Programme Management and PMO, our aim is to help organisations transform their Programme Management capability, including the performance of their project teams.

Chris has worked in a number of Senior Programme Management roles for some of Britain's best known companies: Bull, Compass Group, Britvic Soft Drinks, The Post Office, Manchester Airport Group, Heathrow Airport, Midcounties Co-op, Healthcare at Home and the NHS.
More recent focus has been on the set up and management of PMO’s and, the personal development and training of the project management community.
